Hands-On Agentic AI with Claude Code workshop, with Brad Morris x The Remix

Join a community session to explore agentic AI with Claude Code.

This is a hands-on session to help you build a clearer workflow for using coding agents, using Claude Code as the starting point. We will support setup if you need it, run a guided mini-build, and make space to compare what is working across the room.

This workshop is led by Brad Morris, a systems engineer and founder who has worked with teams in Silicon Valley and helps people move from experimentation to systems that hold up in day-to-day work.

What we will do

• A simple overview of what coding agents are, and how they differ from chat tools
• Guided setup: open terminal, install the tool, and run your first command
• A guided mini-build so you can see the workflow from start to finish
• How to keep these tools on track without overloading them with too much context
• Safe setup basics: files, commands, permissions, and what to be careful with

Who it is for

People who are Claude Code-curious or already tinkering and want a clearer, more repeatable workflow.

Practical details

Bring a laptop and curiosity. If you can install Claude Code beforehand, great. If not, we will do it together. If you do not have a Claude subscription, you can still participate using a similar tool with a free model on the night.

Next step (April)

This February session is the on-ramp. In April we will run a longer build workshop where you bring a real use case and we workshop it into something more substantial.
