MARKETING PROGRAM

How AI is changing marketing

AI is changing far more than content production. It can help marketers find patterns, sharpen decisions, organise knowledge, plan campaigns, improve workflows and learn from results. But without strong context and human judgement, it can also make marketing faster, flatter and easier to ignore. This practical four-week program helps you work out where AI is genuinely useful in your marketing, then build and test a repeatable way of working around one priority that matters to your business.

The capability you need now

  • Bring one real marketing priority from your business and carry it through the full four weeks. You will audit the current way the work gets done, build the context AI needs, redesign and test the workflow, then add quality controls, measurement and a practical continuation plan. The sessions are working studios with live activities, peer critique, guest practitioners and between-session practice

  • One valuable marketing workflow selected for improvement
  • A reusable customer, brand, offer, evidence and market context pack

  2. 02

Keep human judgement in the loop

Use AI without outsourcing your taste, positioning or responsibility.

  3. 03

Build a system, not a demo

Leave with reusable inputs, review points and a working rhythm.

  6. 06

A system you can keep using

Leave with a repeatable workflow, reusable inputs and clear human review points.

THE LEARNING PROGRAM

Four-week program

Session 01Week 1

See what is changing and choose where to begin

Understand how AI is changing marketing beyond content generation, audit current use and choose one real marketing priority to use throughout the program.

Orient participants to the program; make the wider AI-marketing landscape understandable; identify current habits, friction and opportunities; select one real priority; define what a useful improvement would look like.

What we will do

  • AI marketing possibility map: explore where AI can support insight, planning, creation, delivery and learning
  • Current-use audit: identify what participants already use AI for and where the work still feels slow, inconsistent or generic
  • Workflow snapshot: sketch how the chosen marketing work is currently done
  • Priority selection: choose one live piece of work to carry through the program
  • Success definition: record what better would mean in quality, usefulness, time, confidence or consistency

What you will have

  • One clearly defined marketing priority
  • A starting-point snapshot of current AI use
  • A simple picture of the existing way the work gets done
  • Personal success measures for the four weeks

Apply it before the next session

Map the current process in more detail and collect the customer, brand, offer, evidence and market material already available. Bring examples of current work to Week 2.

Session 02Week 2

Give AI something worth working with

Build the customer, brand, offer, evidence and market context AI needs, while strengthening the judgement that keeps marketing specific and original. Tyneal joins as the marketing guest practitioner.

Show why generic inputs create generic marketing; build a usable context pack; test the difference context makes; use Tyneal's perspective to critique strategic quality, customer relevance and originality.

What we will do

  • Generic-versus-grounded comparison: test the same task with and without useful business context
  • Context-gap audit: identify what AI does not yet know about the customer, brand, offer, evidence and market
  • Working context pack: organise the most useful inputs for the chosen priority
  • Tyneal practitioner session: explore what good marketing still requires when AI is involved
  • Critique clinic: review selected participant work for strategy, relevance, voice and originality

What you will have

  • A reusable working context pack
  • A clearer understanding of why AI output becomes generic
  • Practical criteria for judging whether the marketing is actually good
  • A stronger first direction for the chosen marketing priority

Apply it before the next session

Use the context pack to create or revise the first version of the chosen work. Record what improved, what remained weak and where human judgement changed the result.

Session 03Week 3

Build a better way to do the work

Turn the learning into a practical AI-supported workflow, test it through real work and decide what AI should support and what people should continue to own. Margreet joins as the AI implementation guest practitioner.

Redesign the chosen workflow; explore relevant AI approaches without chasing tools; build and test a working version; use Margreet's perspective to pressure-test usability, adoption and fit within a real business.

What we will do

  • Human-and-AI workflow map: decide which steps AI can support and where human judgement remains essential
  • Guided build: create a working version of the redesigned process using the participant's real project
  • Tool choice by task: select only the capabilities needed for the workflow
  • Peer testing: another participant follows or critiques the process
  • Margreet practitioner session: pressure-test practicality, integration, ownership and adoption
  • Iteration: revise the workflow based on live evidence and feedback

What you will have

  • A working AI-supported marketing workflow
  • Clear human review and decision points
  • Evidence about what is useful, awkward or missing
  • A practical workflow that can be used again rather than a one-off output

Apply it before the next session

Run the workflow on real work before Week 4. Capture what happened, including quality, time, friction, surprises and any changes needed.

Session 04Week 4

Show what changed and decide what comes next

Share the work, examine the evidence and turn the four-week experiment into a repeatable practice and a manageable next step.

Make participant learning visible; compare before and after; strengthen quality controls; identify what was learned about working with AI; create a 30-day practice plan and identify the next useful marketing capability or program.

What we will do

  • Participant showcases: share the starting point, what was built and what changed
  • Evidence review: assess quality, usefulness, time, confidence, consistency and remaining friction
  • Peer critique: receive practical feedback from the cohort
  • Quality and review checklist: define what must be checked before using the workflow
  • Learning reflection: identify how the participant found, tested and judged a useful approach
  • 30-day continuation plan: choose when and how the workflow will be practised again
  • Next-step mapping: identify the next marketing capability or program that would be most useful

What you will have

  • One completed or substantially improved piece of marketing work
  • A documented repeatable AI-supported method
  • A personal quality and review checklist
  • A 30-day plan for continuing the practice
  • A clear next step for developing the marketing practice

Apply it before the next session

Use the workflow again within 30 days, record what changes on the second use and bring the next learning need into a future program or practitioner studio.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions you might have

01Who is this Program for?

It is for business owners, marketers and people responsible for marketing who want to use AI with more clarity and judgement. You do not need to be an AI specialist; you do need a real business, audience or offer to work with.

02What will I build?

You will build one practical, reusable AI marketing system for your own work. That might be a planning workflow, campaign process, custom GPT or another useful tool, supported by the context, review steps and working rhythm needed to use it well.

03Do I need technical experience?

No coding or technical background is required. The focus is on the practical skills needed to work well with AI: clear thinking, useful context, strong prompts, critical review and a repeatable workflow.

04Do I need to be experienced with AI?

You do not need to be an expert, but this Program is designed for people who have started experimenting with AI. If you are completely new, the AI-Ready Business Program is a better starting point.
