Overview

This program is for businesses that know AI could help but can feel the mess underneath: scattered information, unclear workflows, messy contacts, repeated questions, missing context and too much work living in people’s heads. It helps participants map where work happens, organise key information, identify practical AI use cases and prepare for training, automation or implementation.

Session 01Week 1

Module 1 — Shift the Lens

Most AI advice is about tools. This session is about your business. We cut through the noise and look at where AI actually creates value, why more tools often create more drag, and what intentional AI use looks like for a business like yours.

AI beyond hype. Why more tools can create more overwhelm. Where AI actually creates business value. Moving from reactive use to intentional use.

This is where you stop talking about AI and start using it. You choose one practical setup, build it during the session, and connect it to real work. Customer responses, onboarding, proposals, internal knowledge, content support, whatever fits your business.

Most AI experiments die in week two. This session stops that. We build simple principles, safe use guidelines, and a repeatable rhythm so the setup you built actually keeps running, and your team knows how to use it.
